Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Item
Ensure the furniture is disassembled and placed back in its original packaging with all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts included.
Arrange Transport
Once approved, you can drop the item at our Sydney warehouse or we can arrange a courier collection at a pre-negotiated freight rate.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the item for any damage, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
